Job description

Feeling lost in a huge production offering you few chances to share your expertise or opinion? Join a 14-person art team that expects you to voice your recommendations and listens when you do.

Why Choose Reflector:

Make your mark on an iconic IP. Millions of fans will be counting down to the next installment of a cherished Bandai Namco franchise. Your job is to make sure the characters don’t disappoint.

Diversify your portfolio.  Make the leap from hyper-realism to a more stylized production and challenge yourself to create unique characters that adds as much depth to the project as they will to your portfolio.

Enjoy more than just meetings. We’re all for hybrid setups, but endless Teams calls aren’t our thing. We like to kick off milestones, collaborate, fast-track ideas, share progress (snacks, too!), and celebrate achievements live and in-person.

Feel supported on all fronts. Not only can you count on your team to help you solve the most creative of challenges, but we’ve also got you covered with generous health and dental coverage and ample time off starting from day one.

How You’ll Spend Your Days:

  • Dive into a stylized world and design the unforgettable characters and assets that will populate it.

  • Bring your characters to life by producing highly detailed 3D sculpts.

  • Join forces with our Tech Art and Tech Animation teams to build assets that comply with technical guidelines.

What You Offer:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience as a character artist on AA or AAA games, two of which having been spent working with Unreal Engine.

  • College, university, or self-taught education in 3D modelling.
