How You’ll Spend Your Days 

• You’ll help wrap up each month by preparing journal entries and making sure our balance sheet reconciliations are in great shape.  

• You’ll keep our finances running smoothly by handling bank reconciliations and cash transactions.  

• You’ll make sure payroll-related general ledger accounts are accurate and up to date.  

• You’ll support new team members throughout the onboarding process, specifically when it comes to payroll and benefits, to help them feel welcome from day one.
   

What You Offer 

• A solid understanding of the French language. 

• You must be legally authorized to work in Canada. 

• A college diploma in accounting or equivalent. 

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience. 

• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite and Dayforce experience an asset. 

• Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and solid deadline management.
