THE STUDIO
Based in Montreal, Reflector develops original intellectual properties as well as fresh content for well-known, acclaimed brands. Guided by its core values, the studio continues its transformation by actively contributing to Bandai Namco’s mission of delivering fun, high-quality content to fans worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking to fill a key leadership role on our team with you! In this position, you’ll be expected to serve as a cornerstone in the studio’s cultural transformation while fully owning the strategic direction of the Talent and Culture team.

- Implementing human capital management systems with a genuinely strategic HR vision;
- Establishing a proactive workforce planning process that places talent development at the heart of decisions;
- Ensuring the automation of as many HR processes and tasks as possible through a self-service approach, empowering managers and employees to be autonomous and efficient;
- Developing an authentic Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand strategy (yes, truly authentic, no superficial branding) to create an inspiring identity for the studio and support future growth;
- Inspiring and empowering a dedicated Talent and Culture team, guiding them in managing various projects and operations to support the studio’s sustainability.
